Terms and conditions
OneClickPallet · Effective from 2026-10-13
1. Operator and scope
OneClickPallet is operated by Hogar s. r. o., Jánošíkova 2350/10, 040 01 Košice – mestská časť Juh, Slovakia; company ID 51043271, tax ID 2120568725; Košice City Court, section Sro, file 42081/V. Contact: support@oneclickpallet.eu. These terms govern the platform service for businesses and adult private customers.
2. Platform and transport
OneClickPallet connects shippers with professional carriers; it is not the carrier. Publishing a request or receiving a match does not by itself conclude a transport contract. The parties must confirm the carrier, route, dates, cargo, total transport price and cancellation rules. The carrier is responsible for performing transport and its permits and insurance. OneClickPallet remains responsible for its own service under applicable law.
3. Accounts and requests
Give accurate information and only data you may lawfully share. Carriers must be businesses and hold the required licences, ADR authorisations and insurance. Protect account credentials. Illegal cargo, fraud, unlawful personal data and misleading offers are prohibited. Correct errors before submitting; report later changes promptly.
4. Prices, commission and VIP
The transport price is agreed with the carrier. Any OneClickPallet commission, payer, calculation base, taxes, payment deadline and VIP price/duration must be clearly shown and expressly agreed before a paid commitment. Examples are not invoices. No paid VIP subscription or automatic renewal arises from free registration. A promotion applies only when confirmed in the account. Pay using the instructions for the specific transaction; do not assume that a payment has succeeded before confirmation. Paid carrier VIP costs €149 for 12 months and activates after confirmed payment. Automatic annual renewal requires separate explicit consent when paying through a connected payment gateway and can be disabled before the next payment. Bank transfers and registration do not start automatic charging. Insurance and complete accounting are not included in VIP. Carriers with active VIP pay 2% commission on the agreed transport price; carriers without active VIP pay 5%. For €150 transport, VIP commission is €3 and Standard commission is €7.50. Commission is charged per load and is separate from the membership price. Load acceptance and access to its final CMR are unlocked after confirmed commission payment.
5. Documents, matching and insurance
Matching considers route/country compatibility, dates, pallet space, weight, volume and carrier restrictions; a match is a suggestion, not a guarantee. CMR output must be checked by the parties. A generated PDF is not automatically a legally compliant e-CMR. OneClickPallet records insurance enquiries; an enquiry is not cover. Insurance exists only after a licensed provider confirms the policy and its terms. Mandatory pre-contract information cannot be hidden behind a payment.
6. Fair use and ending access
Do not deliberately conceal a transaction actually mediated by OneClickPallet to avoid an expressly agreed commission. A previously existing relationship alone does not create a commission. These terms impose no automatic minimum penalty. For unlawful content, fraud or serious repeated breaches we may restrict the affected content or account, explain the reason and offer review via support. Users may request account closure; existing contractual and statutory duties remain.
7. Cancellation and consumer rights
Before transport is accepted, withdraw an open request; afterwards agree cancellation with the carrier and notify OneClickPallet. Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance platform-service contract to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function, an unambiguous email or post. If applicable, refunds are made within 14 days by the same payment method. Earlier service requires a separate express request; only a lawful proportionate charge may apply. The right is lost after full performance only with the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. Carriage of goods booked for a specific date/period may be exempt; this does not automatically exempt the separate platform service.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send platform complaints, privacy requests or illegal-content reports to support@oneclickpallet.eu; identify the transaction/content, facts and desired remedy. We acknowledge and handle them without undue delay and within applicable statutory deadlines. Cargo damage must also be reported to the carrier within the applicable transport deadlines. After an unsuccessful request for remedy or no reply within 30 days, eligible consumers may contact Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another competent ADR body; cross-border assistance is available from ECC-Net. The discontinued EU ODR platform is not used.
9. Law and changes
Slovak law governs the platform contract, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or lawful access to competent courts. Transport contracts have their own applicable law, including CMR where applicable; furniture removals are outside the CMR Convention’s mandatory scope. Changes do not retroactively alter confirmed transactions. Business users receive at least 15 days’ notice of changes where Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 applies, and ordinarily 30 days’ notice of account termination, subject to its legal exceptions. Mandatory consumer and liability rights prevail over these terms.
