Withdraw from contract
OneClickPallet · Effective from 2026-10-13
7. Cancellation and consumer rights
Before transport is accepted, withdraw an open request; afterwards agree cancellation with the carrier and notify OneClickPallet. Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance platform-service contract to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function, an unambiguous email or post. If applicable, refunds are made within 14 days by the same payment method. Earlier service requires a separate express request; only a lawful proportionate charge may apply. The right is lost after full performance only with the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. Carriage of goods booked for a specific date/period may be exempt; this does not automatically exempt the separate platform service.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send platform complaints, privacy requests or illegal-content reports to support@oneclickpallet.eu; identify the transaction/content, facts and desired remedy. We acknowledge and handle them without undue delay and within applicable statutory deadlines. Cargo damage must also be reported to the carrier within the applicable transport deadlines. After an unsuccessful request for remedy or no reply within 30 days, eligible consumers may contact Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another competent ADR body; cross-border assistance is available from ECC-Net. The discontinued EU ODR platform is not used.
